What is functional training?
Functional training is a style of training that primarily utilizes your own body-weight as resistance, along with other difficult real life movements, that measure success in how easy your body is able to perform these movements with ease, after just a few weeks. Functional training has been empirically proven to increase lean muscle mass (and muscle tone) and decrease fat faster than conventional weight training machines.
- Andy Tachuk Personal Training is constantly improving each functional movement to incorporate more muscle tissue with each movement, burning fat more quickly and more efficiently, bringing your goals closer with each training session.
- 3 sessions per week is effective for most clients, and generally is the norm (more sessions per week will result in quicker results).
